The International Yoga Day was celebrated in our school on 21st June 2022. Our Principal Sir inaugurated the event on the stage with yoga cum PT teacher of our school . All the teachers and admin staff performed important asanas and performed the pranayamas (breathing exercises) for improving one’s concentration and health. Overall was fantastic experience.
